(no subject)
So, technically I had class today starting at 12:30. It is now 1:22 and I'm sitting around my apartment waiting for the FUCKING HOT WATER. I may be stubborn, but I don't think I should be expected to take a cold shower just because I have to be somewhere. I'm lucky that class is expendable like that, but what if I was due to catch a flight or a train? Or if I had a job that fired me because my bloody apartment building can't seem to keep a boiler lit? I guess this is the charm of living in a 'vintage' high-rise. (Where 'vintage' is real estate code for "shit might not always work but you were looking for CHARM, weren't you, asshole.")
