Hello. Just back from the Belle and Sebastian show. Didn't get backstage, but still met the entire band with a handfull of other dedicated fans outside the stage door. They hung out for a good 20 minutes and were really cool and down to earth, surprisingly so, because their show was absolutely fucking heavenly. The sound was amazing, and they were spot on the entire time. While we were chatting it up outside, Stuart (the lead singer) pointed at me and was like "I SAW YOU! Yeah, you were standing up front but back just a ways. I recognise you because of your tie. That's sharp." To which I replied "Of course, this is an occasion to dress up for!" And it was. Yes, it was. Anyway, just thought I would share that. It's cool when rockstars recognise YOU.
