I think my body has decided it just doesn't want to do school this semester. Seems like all I've done since the semester started is sleep and ache. Concepts isn't helping anything either. Grrr. Stupid body. It needs to hurry up and figure out that I'm finishing this semester (with good grades in all courses!!) even if I have to fight for each and every class and study hour. Now then onto Yays/Boos for the last week:
Yay! Went home for little siblings' birthdays last weekend
Boo! Body decided it didn't like the drive anymore than it likes school, so I spent most of the weekend laying around.
Yay! The rat got a snake for his birthday. He's cute. I want one now. Maybe when I move back off campus...
Yay! Campfire, good friends, good family, cute boy playing the guitar, singing, talking, discussing, singing hymns around the piano, playing with hair, having my hair played with: An absolutely glorious night
Yay! 21st b-day dinner for the second sibling: all dressed up, new friends, lots of laughs. little brother has grown up into an amazing young man and it makes me very happy.
Boo! Concepts is killing me.
Boo! My body thinks that sleeping all the time is an acceptable means of survival.
Boo! It also has decided that revving-up the pain in my side to much worse than it has been in a long while would make Lissa's life much more fun
Boo! I'm already behind in most of my classes
Boo! My thesis topic is due 1 week from today and I am in a complete panic.
Boo! Summer roomie is sick and that makes me sad. Want to make better. She's too super to be sick.
Yay! House started back this week. House rocks my socks.
Yay! Classics picnic is tonight and I might actually get to eat a bite or two of the yummy Greek food. This makes me very happy.
Yay! It's almost the weekend. So I can catch-up on sleep and work and figure out on what to write my thesis.
Guess that's all for now. Gonna go translate some Vergil so I won't be totally unprepared for class tomorrow...
