About The Times You Lied
What are five things that I have to be grateful for this October that I didn't have last October? Or last year in general, for that matter.
- A renewed relationship with my mother. I look forward to seeing/talking with her instead of dreading it.
- The ability to think of the Property without breaking down the majority of the time.
- No outwardly vicious roommate who unplugs all of my appliances, etc.
- Multiple people who are fun & want to go to the hockey games.
And, now here's the really important one that matters more than all the others:
- A girlfriend who loves me and would do anything for me, and never makes me feel like I'm not worth the time or effort.
(Psssst, that means you, Lee :p)
In other news: good low blow, really good. I'm honestly amazed that you managed to pull that one off, 'cause I thought you were above that. I just hope no one else ever lends anything to you, and that the other people who have get it back, or else it might end up in the possession of someone else unjustly. Because I shouldn't owe Taylor any money, I remember promising $10 and that's exactly what I gave her. I don't remember saying $30 at any point in my life, nor you telling me that. I do remember that people don't have the right to give other people's stuff to someone else as a collateral. Seriously lame. But more than anything else? I'm amused at the fact that you would do all of this when we had actually been such good friends. What went wrong with you?
That's all I have to say on that. It still serves to make me even more grateful for Lee, and my other friends. Missy, Jorie, Mandy, Emmi, Allee, Kirsten, my cousins, people from Lumos and H_E... yeah, they make me very happy. I'm just not sure what I would do without Lee anymore. Nine months is coming up and it makes me feel all bubbly inside. Like the song with the same title that I hear all the time when I'm at work. Hee ^-^
So does hockey, the Red Wings are going against the Oilers, which I will be watching with Lee and Jorie within the hour. Very good and full of win.
