I started the P90X program yesterday. I'll be blogging more about it at
my blog. But I just had to come here and let you know that day 2 (well, 1.5 since I still have to do today's routine) is a bitch. I'm sore all over! My arms are sore and I didn't even use weights or resistance bands during the workout. Goes to show how out of shape I am. Ugh! I haven't felt this way in 6 years, since back when I was doing Tae Kwon Do. It's an incredible feeling. I'm really hoping for some visible and tangible results by the end of the 90 days.
Umf! Feel free to encourage me on through these 90 days please. Beauty really is pain..*wince*
