Onward to Beijing
I am sitting in the airport right now waiting for my flight to Beijing. I'm really excited. I'm going with a friend that has gone before so he knows how to get around and I am there about another day longer than him and he's already seen the Great Wall, but I'll get to go see it on Tuesday. Today, I think we're mostly going to do some shopping and tomorrow or Monday we're going to go see the Summer Palace and the Forbidden City. I can't wait. I had to get up at 5AM this morning to go, but I didn't get much sleep cause I was really excited. Oh, I also found some yarn shops in Bejing that some people said had really good prices. :) Anyway,I know I promised to updatre sooner, but I had to write a 5,000 word paper this week with a 10 minute presentation and make 150 word comments on 5 of my team members papers. I'm exhausted and I hope I passed my class. lol I'm sure it's fine, but I don't have the benefit of mulling over more stuff. :( Anyway, I PROMISE to upload more pictures and at least some of an update of the Phillipines when I get back.
