Usually he would ask before having friends over but he had been so excited he hadn't thought about it. Besides, he was being on his best behavior and shouldn't get into much trouble about it anyway. Settling down at the kitchen table he had a mug in his hand with some cocoa, it was odd drinking it still but he enjoyed the simple things that made him feel a little more human. He'd offered Micah one too, of course, he still had manners-- vampire or not. Swinging his legs a little as he hummed trying to think of how to start a conversation with someone he hadn't seen in years.

"So, god, it's been fucking forever hasn't it? Feels like you're even fuckin' taller." He snorts in amusement as he scoots one of the marshmallows around his cup with the spoon. At least small talk was somewhere to start.
