Welcome to my design_my_ink. This is a journal where people can make requests for any kind of tattoo design, and I'll draw it up for you.
You may ask why I'm doing this commission-free. The answer is simply because I'd like to become an apprentice and eventually a tattoo artist myself one day, so I need to do things other than drawing designs for myself and a few friends.
Although I try my best to get your design done within 1-3 days, it may take up to 7 days. Please keep in mind that I'm doing this for free, and it may take a bit of time. If you don't receive your finished design within 7 days of the time you requested it, PLEASE let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you within the next 24 hours!
The only thing I ask is that if you request a design and DO get it tattooed, please, PLEASE e-mail me a picture of the finished tattoo along with the tattoo artist's name, your name, your e-mail address, and your LiveJournal name so that I can use it for my portfolio when it comes time to go look for an apprenticeship.
