Like the new look? It may not last long, it's a bit...perky...not really "me." But anyway. My weekend was terrific! Friday night I watched Celebrity Jeopardy and ordered more pizza with Craig and Colin. And Saturday I FINALLY went to NYC for the first time ever. It was an adventure. Chris, Craig and I got up at the butt crack of dawn and walked to downtown Troy and took the CDTA bus to Albany. Then we walked around Albany and found the Greyhound station where we proceeded to pick up our tickets. Then a huge disgruntled Greyhound lady threatened us with our lives (okay, not really, but I'm sure she wanted to) because I the Greyhound website is retarded. So Chris and I finally got our tickets, but were not guaranteed that we would be able to get back to Albany with them. Craig was after us and he also got yelled at but Chris and I hid in the food place while that happened because the disgruntled Greyhound lady was scary and I wanted to put some distance between myself and her. So we finally got on the bus. Played some Old Maid. Drove through Chris's city, and got to NYC. Weee! Times Square is so cool! I wish Nashua's Toys R Us had a ferris wheel! We met up with Ben and I had my first corned beef sandwich (yummy) and spilled coffee all over myself a few times. The Ben went to go warm up and we walked to FAO Schwarz which is closing because it's insanely expensive. And Toys R Us had a ferris wheel. Then we saw Ben perform and it was AWESOME!!!! They were soooo amazing and we had a good time. The Chris and Craig and I walked to the Met and paid $7 for it's free admission ("Suggested Admission" was in very small print) but it was really cool and I wish we had more time. Then we walked back to the Hilton and then we went and had pizza and then we took a taxi back to Port Authority where we waited for forever and a day for the freaking bus which we thankfully got on because they didn't check ID to see if Chris was Stacey like it said on our tickets. Sorta slept on the way home. Froze our asses off in the -2 degree walk back to campus. Got home at 2am. Woke up for rent a slave...oops I mean rower...at 9 and painted some dude's house until 4. Did some hw, watched a chick flick with Craig and Seth and now I'm here. And I'm tired. But I'm happy. Today I was thinking of words that should have never phased out. Tubular. Righteous. Brilliant. And I'm going to bed. Goodnight.
