(no subject)
SO the band trip was last week... we left on wednesday morning at like 6... we had to be there at 4:30ish v.v too early
On the long drive up there, I sat with Joana... we did some homework (my A.P. History teacher had gone crazy and gave me 9485648937 things to do @____@) I played a little of Game Boy, read some manga XD, and slept a lot. We stopped by the aircraft carrier, I took pictures but not all of them came out because I forgot my digital camera at home and had to use a disposable one ;-;. It was still nice to look at... it was HUGE! After spending about 2 hours there, we went to some buffet to eat... it wasn't that good >.< but it was something so I can't complain. After that, we finally got to the hotel and slept.
Next morning, we got woken up really early to go to an Imax movie (which I slept through lol >.<) and got to go shop around this outdoor shopping area (Brodway at the Beach). I can't say I didn't have fun... It wasn't the shopping that was great, but we tried on hats and took pictures and goofed around with Joana, Janae, and Jessica. I did buy a new bag and wallet though. We also took pictures in a photo booth lol. Afterwards, we went back to the hotel and changed to go eat at the Planet Hollywood. ZOMG that place was so expencive... for 5 people, it cost us $78.00 without the tip (which we were required to pay). With the tip, it was $91.00 and I only got a salad and a drink. grrrrr. Then, we went back to the hotel and slept. We also had a rehearsal for band that night... I got pounced on by Jackie and blew up on her. She was afraid to sleep with me b/c she thought I would stab her in the middle of the night.
Next day, we got woken up again v.v. We went to the Ripley's museum... it was... interesting. Watson told us that afterwards, we can walk to the hotel (it was about a mile away) and go to the stores and other places on the way, but one of the band moms was like, NO! Watson didn't say that! So we had to stay at an arcade... it wasn't too bad though since I got to play DDR XD. After, we went to a pier for a few minutes, and went back to the hotel. We then went to the Myrtle Beach High School to perform... there was a band before us that was all male... they were like... perfect. It was annoying considering they acted like monkeys during the awards ceremony the next day. I played my solos well... They made me happy... I was nervous @_@ After, we went back to hotel and slept.
On the fourth day, We got up super early and marched down Ocean Blvd. It kinda sucked lol. Then, we went back to the hotel and went to the Nascar Speed Park... I rode 1 ride and had to eat b/c we didn't have much time left. The line was super long @_@ Then, we went to the Pavillion (amusement park) and rode some rides too... I had fun... even though there wasn't much. We got rained out and ran across the street to "The Attic" where we ate and left to the hotel to change. I put on my skirt and knee socks... I looked like a school girl in pigtails. We went back to the high school and received awards... We did pretty well ^____^. Then, we went back to "The Attic" which was a teen night club (yay... >.>) And we made fun of people having dry sex in the middle of the floor... A random guy came up to me and tapped me on the shoulder... he was like "hi" shyly... and I said Hi back... and then he left... it was weird. We only had about an hour there and then went back to the hotel and slept.
The next morning, we packed and got on the bus to go home. I ended up doing history homework on the whole way back (and I still didn't finish @_@)
Being back at school sucks, but atleast I have this friday and monday off.
