Amen to this. I hate the shit out of "JE jokes" because none of them are ever funny/witty and as soon as one person uses it everyone else seems to need to use them (tbr people are even using lame ass shit Veronica and I come up with. Um what?)

I mean, I understand you have to exaggerate to get emotions across online but there is no need for all caps "engrish" with strikethroughs and ample use of the word "PWN" in all its forms.

Srsly? That is so lame. Just because you and Veronica said something in your journals or in one community it doesn't need to be spread around the entire internet. Plus they'll most likely take something you said that was funny and add their own "funny" thing to it.

I use caps too but I try to limit it to like a phrase or word not an entire post. check this out. especially woolpepper's comment. wtf is that.

Caps should be used when you're excited about something. I guess you maybe could be that excited about a lame ass K8 photoshop post but really? I'd hate to see what happens when these people win the lottery or something.

Ohno_daily is the only arashimember_daily community i still have left. Why, I'm not sure, probably because one of the mods kept on uploading general arashi goods to there but now it's just obnoxious and like you said, filled with bad photoshop.

I used to be in arashi_daily but i think it died. sry2say Arashi is the worst JE group when it comes to bad photoshop and making posts about secret art galleries and w/e.

I hate the whole thing. They don't know anything about the groups and they don't share cool clubbox files they just make caps locked icon posts telling us to 'respect the artist' because there is 'NOT ENOUGH LOVE'. The only clean fandom left is V6 but when they find out about Okada that will all change too. :(

ugh don't get me started on my rapid accumulation of disgust for the Arashi fandom. I mean, I'm all for globalization but Arashi giving concerts abroad just puts a bad taste in my mouth because that's stuff groups pull when they're not making money anymore. Plus after the Jin thing on choscandalous it's safe to say that non-Japanese asian JE fans are batshit crazy.

I thought they already got their hands on V6? I guess they're slowly get-ting their hands on them, but yeah, what kattun fan decided to actually google who this "koichi domoto' person is and decided to make some 'kinki kids pimp post!!!!!!!!!!1' ? Well at least they're scanning things, but tbr the best scans are from the old school kinki fan forum I found.

Haha I am a non-Japanese asian JE fan but I know what you mean. I don't even go to JE in Korea things because I already knew what it is going to be like. I honestly would rather them not leave Japan because then the true fans (and the rich fans) can see them in concert and the fangirls who will be over JE in two months can not ruin it. Plus Arashi is still a boy band to non-JE fans so it's kind of weird that they would try to market them to people who will probably never get it anyway.

I don't know, the V6 forums are still pretty quiet imo. See, people know V6 but no one from V6 has really done anything big to help them out i.e. MBMH for TOKIO. I guess KCE was pretty big but it didn't really put a buzz out for people who weren't KCE/Sho/Junichi fans already. And I don't even know where they found out about Kinki Kids. It can't be just from their new single because they're not really overpromoting.

I guess what "turns off" people from v6 is Tonisen? But then again TOKIO has Shigeru Joshima who's also *gasp* older than 30 but I don't even know how the average 18 and under fan thinks.

I guess 6 people is a lot to get acquainted with, also there's relatively little V6 info out there that the average je fan knows how to access. And from what I have seen the new fans just view TOKIO as Nagase and 4 other guys. I really dislike the thought of Tonisen being "old" but I guess youth and level of interest by the public seem to go hand in hand these days.

lol that is pretty ghetto but yeah the scans are awesome. Korean fans have decided to stop scanning altogether and boys_paper sucks if you're not a big n/kt fan so I have been pretty scanless for a while. :(

I don't even think it's that, because all the new bands have 6+. Remember when NewS had 10 goddamn members? Didn't stop people from remembering them. I'm not even going to talk about Super Junior fans (they have what? 80 members?) I feel like every JE group to most new fans are just The Guy Who Was In the Hit Drama of the Year and those other guys.

Why have they stopped scanning? Did they all collectively decide to be stingy like the chinese fans? In any rate, I agree, boys_paper is basically kt/n/random jrs.

That's true, yeah Super Junior has like 30 members so idk. I know, even already the big TOKIO rush is sort of dying down now that kame and pi are doing hit dramas again and MBMH is done.

They are super stingy omfg. You have to join a special forum and make like 20 posts then you have access to older scans that have a 10-character random numbered password that you have to hand type and stuff like that. Also the whole "support the artist lol" thing is also happening here so no one wants to share things online anymore, not even scans.

Oh god, the Chinese fans not only do that but you have to like "earn points" and those points become pseudo cash you can spend to download things. Is that messed up or what? I have a pretty lassez faire approach to everything now, because nobody's going to buy this stuff anyway.

Haha okay I don't know if you want the story but Super Junior was actually created to emulate the whole idol-boy band thing, like JE. Super Junior was just supposed to be a workshop-type thing that young hot guys used as training before graduating out and doing their own thing. Then they got really popular and decided to just stay a pop group with the current members. I am done with Kame and Pi. Okay, I'm not gonna lie I liked Nobuta but I really haven't followed anything they've done since.

LOL omfg. Are you serious? I don't get this new trend either, because if when I've been searching for a good dvd rip of something for like 2 and a half hours it's like, if i was gonna buy it I would have just bought it by now. Plus the music industry is overpriced and has been ripping us off for years and JE just sent like 20 no name juniors to America for a one page spread in Duet so they can't be that broke.
