So, Hubby was cutting the lawn and found a rather deep whole amidst a trench along the fence. I ask mom to see it but she won't go outside. Apparently she hasn't been able to go outside for the past couple weeks. not outside her room, not outside to the covered porch or outside to drive her car but out to the back yard. I'm shitty for not noticing this supposedly. But she knows about this. this is the hole that supposedly Loulou Thing and Annie all dig. except, well, almost nothing is on the neighbors yard so it can't be Annie and seriously We've yet to see Thing dig a serious hole. he scratches over the surface but I don't think I've even see him go an inch deep. Loulou we know full well excavates. But she knows it's being dug, apparently she calls them to distract them whenever she sees them digging (I still don't believe it's a 'they' thing) I ask her why she doesn't fill it with poo since we know that works and hell it's in the contract for her to clean up the yard once a week. She says to clean not to garden or landscape. I say it's not gardening it's keeping her dog from getting out of the yard. So she yells that there are a lot of things in the contract that aren't getting done and if I want we can schedule a time to go over it. I say yes. So she grabs the nearest pen and paper to write down the time. I say I can't say a time right now because I have to see when I'm working but we will discuss it. And she tells me that she'll be here.
Firstly it isn't my damned job to keep tabs on where she does or doesn't go, unless I don't see her coming out of her room how am I supposed to know she can't go outside. plus she didn't go outside today because apparently I forgot to give her her wal-mart card but she'll go outside tomorrow when she plans on getting dressed an going oiutside. So one second she hasn't been able to go out for weeks because of pain or just lack of movement but the next second she can plan on when she will be going out.
Secondly, when your dog digs huge ass fucking holes keeping her from digging said huge ass fucking holes especially when they are along the fence to a yard containing a second dog that took a month before they weren't charging at the fence. It isn't landscaping or gardening, it's keeping your dog in the bloody yard. If it were numerous other random holes in the yard I suppose she could argue that would be landscaping. And I'd still counter that it's cleaning up the mess that her dog is making.
Thirdly. I need to find our copy of the damn contract so that I can read it over, once more. So that we can go through and nit pick all of the things that we may not be doing and all of the things that she isn't doing.
