Like his older double, Q's out for the count for those first few days following the end of the 'snapped Q' plot, which finished up just before the drop of the Obex. That being said, he knows what's going on and, ridden with some guilt, he's hanging back for a bit. However, if people work at him enough (which really won't take much at all, since I want him involved in the plot), he'll step forward and help. He can't not help when needed. It's in his nature.
