I made a number of undignified sounds throughout all of this fic.

"…and I started to think that some of this could be modified for straight couples…"

Danny covered his face with his hands. It was! It was!

This... I don't think there's any way to accurately transcribe the noise that I made. Just way, way too funny for words. I actually writhed for poor Danny, stuck there discussing a sex manual with Jack. *shudder*

But the end... Ah, the end was sweet :)

You have no idea how happy I am that this made you laugh (or something approximating that). And yeah, poor Danny. Then again, he gets to sublimate it all with Martin, so maybe I don't feel too sorry for him.... ;)

Hee. I started this a few months back, just after mostly finishing my S1 DVD set. They were so comfy with each other and it stood to reason they had built up a cache of in-jokes.

From Martin compulsiveness, to Danny's being actually fraid of Danny, and how I wish you would explain what the book says at page 192 (in Wadetails, preferably -- insert dirty thoughts here).
And did I mention that I always like how you write all the characters? It's not so easy to do, and I just love your dialogs.

It's weird. I always focus so much on Martin and Danny in my fangirling, but the other three are so well-developed (personality-wise, anyway) in the show, that they make a great supporting cast in fic, which I'm finding can really help the plot along.
