Yeah, I know it's been a while. I've been busy working for the big "A". Overall, I've had a pretty decent summer. Got to go to Albuqueraue and see Courtney! That totally rocked. On a side note, Black diamonds....best-drink-ever! So hung out with Courntey for a weekend, then came back to Arizona and Patty come to visit. That was fun. Took her out to see cacti. (It's so funny when pac. northwesterners come out to Arizona, all they want to see are cacti.) Then my summer turned shitty. Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong on my way to Ft. Lewis did. And, of course, Murphy didn't let up once I was there. Defenitaly didn't get the evaluation I wanted (of felt I deserved). But whatever. It was certainly an education, if nothing else. And now I'm sitting in my hotel room in Augusta, Georgia, where it's currently 98 degrees with 95% humidity. I hate Georgia. But, I only one more week here. And I've definately learned a lot. Sadly though, a lot of my experience here has involved the UCMJ and what happens to those who break it. I can't wait to get home though. I'm ready to be done training. This week is going to take forever. I want to drive my car (poor Clifford), sleep in my own bed (which I haven't seen in close to 3 months), see my friends, and just relax a little before school starts. Speaking of which, the week before school starts there will be a BBQ at my place, so all you Oregonians better be there. Well, time to head down to the 'ol PX.
