(no subject)
Okay, so lately I haven't been sleeping well. For the last two weeks or so I have not gotten a full, sound, good night's sleep. There are a number of reasons behind this:
1. Our bed is too small. We sleep in a full sized bed and neither of us are small people. Short, maybe. Small, no. This leads to the fact that neither one of us can get comfortable in the bed together.
2. I am stressed out. Mondo big time stressed out in ways that I can never even begin to put into words. I stability and structure and I got nothing. Everything around me is going crazy. My stress is compounded with the fact that I am a worrier, disgruntled about my inability to take a vacation, and PMSing. I am one frazzled kitty.
3. B and I are on different schedules. I am a morning person. I like to get up at a decent time, go to bed at a decent time and sleep at night. B prefers to sleep in the day and stay up at night. Which is fine and dandy when we're completely opposite and he comes to bed when I'm waking up. But when he comes to bed at about 4 or 5, I wake up completely and can't get back to sleep for another hour, if at all.
4. The birds.
Alright, I know I've talked about my Mulberry Tree Problems in here before and how that damn tree makes a huge mess and all the birds flock to it and everything, right? Well, I don't know what it is about that tree but it's like crack for every bird in the neighborhood. And this is weird because we live in the city and because birds are not supposed to sing ALL NIGHT LONG!!! But allll night long it's "tweet tweet tweet!" "chirp chirp chirp!" "coo coo coo!" "SQUAWK!" It's like the underground bird resistance meetings take place in my Mulberry Tree and then all the members leave me "presents" all over my car in the morning.
I'm seriously considering investing in some Fi-cam granules to mix in with a bunch of birdseed. I've seen The Birds and I'll be damned if my front yard is going to be the launching point for Mother Nature's assault on mankind.

indigochild76, your fiance sounds like a douchebag if he's serious about you not being able to talk to people over livejournal, then methinks you two should sit down and settle it before the wedding. Or fight to the death with lightsabers, cause that's bullshit.
