For those who didn't hear: I got the job!
I leave tomorrow (Saturday) night, and arrive Sunday in the mid afternoon. This will give me a chance to stop by my aunt's in Fort Collins before heading up the Red Feather Lakes, which is about an hour northwest. I will also have time once I get there to unpack the few things I am taking with me into the bunkhouse. Right now they are still in their summer season, so there still should be several other trainers/wranglers I will be rooming with. I think once they go fully into their winter season it will just be me and another trainer, who I can't remember his name.
A big thing about this ranch is that everyone is pretty much family, I just hope I can fit in that family. I've never been good at making friends with people in my department, mostly from lack of effort since I was engulfed by SPRITE. I had three good friends in my classes the first semester, but they were all vet science, and once I moved to animal science we drifted apart.
I start work on Monday at 4am
