Thank all of you for your concern, it means a lot to me.
Well, I didn't get much sleep, picked her up about 8am and then took her to our vet. Our vet was in surgery but I talked with the tech who's very bright and they're going to give her more IV fluids and observe her all day. She said she could probably come home tonite.
Charlotte's eyes are still dilated but not as much as last night, she's still restless and hated the pink (of all colors) coban bandage on her paw from the IV. She growled and hissed at the tech which is a good sign in my book, she looked into my eyes and I know she connected with me.
It felt very funny to walk into the house and not have her greet me, she's always at the door and verbally says hello. Abyssinian cats are quiet by nature and hardly ever meow or talk, except Charlotte. But she doesn't talk as much as Gus.
I need some coffee and something to eat. And some eyedrops.
Oh, it rained while I was out!! Actual water falling from the sky, has to be another good sign.
