Quiet weekend
Life has been busy. I hadn't realised just how demanding university was until I started. I've never studied under these conditions before, having always had private tutors. I'm enjoying the interaction immensely but I've been very tired.
I'm taking two courses. One is an introduction to 20th century history - I thought it was important that I familiarised myself with this time period properly so I don't slip up - and the other is an introduction to law. I've decided after speaking to a career advisor that this is the direction I'd like to persue in my studies. I need something where I can put my love for stragety to good use, and this will also be helpful for protecting those I care about if needs be.
The tutoring I took on earlier is also growing past my expectations and coupled with the study is keeping me very busy.
*Smiles* It's also giving Kev and Trowa more opportunity to spend time together without me, which I think is a good thing. They are so good together. I never tire of watching them.
I'm a very lucky man, living with two people who love me, and whom I love dearly in return. Life is good, and we're settling in at Trowa's apartment well. It's cramped, but that doesn't matter.
As it's the weekend, I'm hoping to take a break. Jade gave me some DVDs at the party, and apparently the titles are classic movies of this time. Settling down with Kev and Trowa and watching them sounds like a great idea for relaxation. I'll ask Kev to make some buttered popcorn.
