The Sun
It is without a doubt a beautful day outside in New England. I am outside typing this on the balcony. I am sure a lot of sailboat owners wished their boats were in the water today. (they usually moor their boats on Memorial Day weekend)
The Swine Flu has me freaked out. If the World Health Organization and Center of Disease Control is concerned then it's something major. It's strain is classified as H1N1 (you will hear a lot more about this in the news soon). It's the same type of strain that killed 50 million people in 1918 over a course of 18 months. It also targets healthy people between the ages of 25-45 by making the body fight the virus so hard it actually destroys itself. It also follows the same pattern as the 1918 strain by becoming more pandemic during the summer months (when the flu usually weakens) . Hopefully this strain isn't as virulent as the one in 1918. I would suspect it isn't because we would see a lot more deaths in a shorter time span. The 1918 strain killed people within 30 hours. So everyone wash your hands before touching your face!
So with that in mind I will talk about beter things. A prop for my music video just came in! I can't tell you what it is. You will just have to find out yourself :)
