I re-watched "Casino Royale" this afternoon and I have to say it's probably the strongest of Bond movies. Quantum of Solace just didn't have the same energy and I blame the director(Marc Forster). I never had seen Kite Runner so I am sure he is a good director he just isn't an action-kind-of director. He is also directing the movie World War Z based on Max Brook's book (zombies!). Perhaps he can capture more of the action-essence for that release?
Three more days and I am flying off to Los Angeles for the film debut. It's now on pre-sale on
Best Buy, Amazon.com, and Barnes & Noble. I am not entirely sure what to do while in LA to fill in the time. I know I'll be shopping at both Necromance stores on Melrose. I have to go to one of my favorite book stores Book Soup on Sunset Blvd. Not that I need anymore new books since I have a large stack of books that I still have to read but there might be a film book that I never knew existed. I am debating about going on a studio tour at Sony Pictures.
