I'm listening to Always Attract by You Me At Six and I'm all woah. O_O
It's such a beautiful song, and it makes wanna learn to sing even more than I already did. The vocals are beautiful, as are the lyrics. I've been thinking about the music I listen to a lot more lately and I've found that a lot of my music I love simply because of the lyrics, while other I just love the sound of it. Take Alesana for example. I love the combination of beautiful vocals, deep growls and piercing screams. The layers of guitar underneath it all only helps the effect.
Then we have Mayday Parade, whose lyrics hit so close to home. Most of their lyrics focus on heart break, love and things of that nature. I absolutely love it because I can relate to a lot of their songs.
Bah, I just got really lazy. I can't be bothered going through all my bands and thoughts on them. Just stick to those two, 'cause they're my favourite. And give Always Attract a listen.
