New year's greetings from the band

Jan 04, 2012 23:26

Yesterday they updated the blog with some pictures from the Christmas Eve live and a message which I have attempted to translate. Errors probably abound, but I think you can get an idea.

Happy 2012!

Everyone, happy new year. Thank you, everyone, for coming to last year’s Christmas Eve live. People who couldn’t come, this year we look forward to seeing you.

First of all, the set list from the specified day.
(You can read this at the blog. New songs: "Downer King"; "泡沫の舞踏会" = utakata no būtokai. They also did "White Christmas," presumably the Irving Berlin song, as an encore.)

[I am not sure how to translate this next paragraph, so in the interest of not spreading misinformation I will skip it.]

As said in the MC, this year two albums will be released in succession. Although many sections are still incomplete, we have the pleasant feeling that there are interesting/amusing songs. Without delay, from the day after tomorrow recording will resume. And once the details are decided, we will make a report.

As said, this year we look forward to seeing you.

And Issay posted this on his BBS:

Happy new year. Please remember me this year as well. [this phrase, yoroshiku onegai shimasu, can't really be translated into English since it can mean lots of things]
I think this is going to be an active year. Let's have a good year!
