I'm not sure exactly what he's saying in this entry, but basically he went here. It's a tourist attraction based on the GeGeGe no Kitaro manga/anime, also called the Yokai Jinja shrine. Issay refers to it as the Kitaro Cafe. So he went there and he found that thing, and he was very excited about it.
