What is my constitution bonus again?
Yesterday was day of wretchedness.
Woke up at 4:30 am puking, but there was no food in my stomach.
I also had what felt like a brick in my guts. Pain and cramping.
Then I puked every hour for the next 12 or so. During that time the brick shifted around and moved a lot and finally stopped hurting around 3:30 pm. My PCP on the phone was muttering stuff about obstructed bowels and MRIs, ER visits and stuff. I told her I was done with ERs for the year, thanks.
Today I woke up terribly dehydrated, but I can keep down water today, so yay.
I tried yogurt for breakfast. Seems good so far.
I have no idea what that was about, but I am glad it appears to be over.
I am working from home today, still trying to recover.
I might work my way up to broth for lunch.
Two of my coworkers have died in the last 8 days, both people I've worked with for over 10 years.
Yesterday I felt like the Cosmic GM was trying to close out the triad of company employees dying by adding me to the mix.
I am pleased to have rolled a natural 20.
