My birthday was better than I thought it would be. Went out to dinner at a steak house in Ogden, mmmmmmm. . . . It was delicious. Went there with my parents, my sister and her husband. While there I got three phone calls to wish me Happy Birthday. At least my old friends care to recall my birthday, even if my new beau didn't remember.
He is still in Vegas, and as of earlier this evening he had lost 1000 at texas hold'em, at least I think that is the game he meant. Don't know if he will be having the money to take me out anytime soon when he gets back, which sucks, but maybe I can at least get him to rent some movies, that is better in the long run anyway. Cheaper too.
I am excited that I only have one more week till the spring semester begins, I am hoping my classes peek my interest, or else I am doomed to waking early for classes bound to put me to sleep. I am making a simple resolution to not miss any classes, for any reason except serious illness I will be there. I did it all through High School, maybe 5 years later I can do it for this semester.
