Penelope, a story about self-identity (and/or romance)

Even though one-fourth of my face was swollen due to the trouble with one of my front tooth on Saturday, I still managed to go see "Penelope" as planned.

Penelope is a cute movie that's very pleasing and funny at times, and it features delightful characters played by the likes of Richard E Grant, Nick Frost, Simon Woods and even Russell Brand, who popped up for a happy cameo!! XD Lovely story too, which made the Taiwan title translation silly (真愛之吻, meaning "True Love's Kiss", urgh...)

Well, basically I went to see because of James McAvoy and I wasn't disappointed at all. He has such pretty eyes, puppy-like, yet full of emotions. I swear I'll soon start/finish watching "Shameless" very soon, so to catch up further a bit of his filmography, lol.

Oh yeah, the above caps were from "Bright Young Things" directed by Stephen Fry in 2003, which I got my hands on a while ago because of David Tennant... Yeah, so the actor chain of mine rolls on.

I gave "Penelope" a 7!!
