(no subject)
Today was so nice: My special got approved so I get to go next Thursday to the High Hopes Horse Farm and I will train to help special needs kids work on their balance and coordination on horseback. I'm really excited.
Today I went to Eagle and volunteered to escort the people visiting the academy. They are men and women whose relatives are being honored by the Hall of Heroes. Their ancenstors did some remarkable things. One of the men, CDR Burbank, is currently a commander in the Coast Guard and he is an astronaut. He looked very familiar and I suddenly realized I saw him 4 years ago. He came to talk to my high school becuase he is alumnai of my high school. That's awsome! He's one of only two Coasties in the NASA program and he went to my high school! Small world....
I'm really tired though, I fell asleep in Spanish. We still have BNA to get through and then an hour long parade. I was going to work out, but I'm feeling pretty....melty already. Now I'm watching Ghostbusters until BNA.
Too tired to write anymore...I'm going to sleep on my desk for a while...I mean...work hard.
