(no subject)
ok. i have a desperate need to be productive. but don't think i can until i do something unproductive, like update livejournal. so:
my week has been a-ok. it's the 1st week back in the office after an extended vacation so i thought it would be torture, but it's been good times.
friday:
-work (during which our boss had a meeting up in the office so me and amber spent an hour wandering the building with our coffee)
-had dinner at becky and alan's house
-went to singletree winery with bria, linda, kyle, ian, amber, cameron, bj, and heidi. it was my first time there, and it was so cute!! however, a word to the wise, if you don't generally drink wine...don't drink a lot of it.
saturday:
-hangover
-java zone
-city wide garage sale!!! i picked up a bunch of decorative paintings for my apartment, a futon, an entertainment cabinet, a coffee table, a tv, and a cookie jar that was the pilsbury dough boy.
-matt (new housemate!!) came to move some stuff in and we signed the addendum to my lease. SCORE.
-borrowed amber's truck to go get furniture. moved it into my apartment with bria.
-broke the entertainment cabinet. oops. the top half was salvageable thankfully, but if anybody wants to make me a wooden sculpture out of the bottom half...let me know.
-went to el castille grande!!! (i think that's what it's called). awesome mexican restaurant by lake erie.
-had jumbo margaritas at above mentioned restaurant.
-chilled.
-slept on my couch because in the process of moving furniture into my bedroom i put all of my shit on my bed. too lazy to move it off before i went to sleep.
sunday:
-woke up confused as to why i was on my couch
-java zone
-chilled in tappan square
-talked to alec on the phone!
-re-registered to vote
-am now at home pretending to clean. this place is a fuckin mess!! i also should go grocery shopping.
-hopefully later will watch the browns game. and clean.
so i had a good weekend. and you read about it. congratulations.
