(no subject)
wow! it's been a long time since i've updated, if i do say so myself. just got lazy. lucky for you guys. things since the last time i posted here have been going well. my summer finished out nicely and our mad*fac show went just fine. i had a really really great birthday and really really great other days. i have thoroughly enjoyed being in oberlin in my apartment (i'm looking for a new roommate by the way--hook me up!!!) and am feeling better every day about my decision to, you know, spend the next 3 years of my life there...
i've currently made it home so i'm writing from our family computer which is working better than usual. i am feeling weird right now because i would say that i don't usually talk OR write this way, i feel like this whole post is strange speech for me. but whatever. i'll get over it. my family is hosting a massive barbecue tomorrow in celebration of:
-mine and ruthie's graduation from college
-pat and lou's graduation from high school
-me, ruthie, and lou getting jobs
-pat starting boston conservatory soon
-me coming home from the long lost land of ohio for a while
-mine, ruthie, and our mom's birthdays
i feel like there was a lot of bad grammar in the above list. maybe i should fix it--oh wait, i almost forgot, i don't care.
i always forget how cute our cat is until i come home and she's so damn cute!!
in other news, i watched the olympic opening ceremonies tonight and that was awesome, and i also watched hellboy, which, was indeed awesome as well.
yeah, um, aren't you glad i decided to share all of this with you? i thought so.
