The song that started the idea off in the first place. |D Honestly, Hikari's hatred of Jin decreases (only slightly) when she finds out about his past, but as she so eloquently put it- "It's no excuse to go around slaughtering people, dipshit."

This is something that Hikari thinks about heavily as she's preparing for the tournament and to beat Jin to a bloody pulp- he seems almost too eager to get to it. And it honestly, truly worries her. He still deserves to get his ass kicked, to be sure, but still. Something doesn't seem right.

Funnily enough, (and after talking with Quin about it) Jin kinda didn't see Hikari as much of an enemy until after she basically told him "Yeah, your life sucked, I get that. It's still no excuse for pulling this bullshit." Now...well, they can't really stand the sight of each other. 8D;

After both Kaz and Jin decide to be royal douches to Hikari, Fortuna's left in sad shape, and her closest friends/allies on the island are in critical condition or worse. :| This does not make for a happy Ambassador. So therefore, yes, vengeance is definitely on her mind, besides wanting to beat up Jin for her own reasons.

Another Devil Jin song. A very effective tactic for both Jin and his demonic counterpart to use on our favorite pyro is to effectively piss her off enough that she goes in charging without really thinking about it, making it easier for him to drain her of her energy and kill her. (unfortunately, it usually works. :| Up until she either blasts him away or someone else shows up to stop the energy drain.) That way if she's taken down, the rebel forces are separated and therefore easier to take down.

Now we get into berserker-mode Hikari. There really isn't much of a difference in personality between this and her normal self, just the fact that she's a lot more violent in this mode. So the "take a bite out of that shit/you call a heart" line works out quite nicely. 8D;;;
