The Plaza's kind of full of newbies... do you know where the Volo dorms are located at? There's a pretty nice paved area there, actually, I can do your reading in person if you want!

Oh... wait! You're in the Host Club, too, aren't you? I'll be outside, then, Lea-san! See you in a bit!
[ It's a good thing he doesn't have much to worry about in the way of the whole "looking better than he is" thing. Ryoji pockets his SFC, then looks at the mess his room happens to be. Black feathers and bandages...
Well, he's not too bothered. He does take a moment to step into the bathroom upstairs and fix his hair, as well as make sure his wings aren't apparent. He could hide them easily by changing his form, he supposed, at least.
Ryoji grabs his deck on the way out, and settles down on the steps outside of the dorms, waiting. ]
That's right! Been a bit busy lately, but I'm definitely a part of them too!
See ya!
[Not too long after, with a goodie basket and heated thermos in tow, Lea makes his way to the dorms. Arden, his Eevee, is trotting at his heels, excited. When he spots Ryoji, Lea waves excitedly.]
[ Ryoji smiles, noticing Lea's Eevee as well, giving a small wave. He's laying out three cards on the step in front of him now, placing his deck aside. ]
Hey, Lea-san. You have an Eevee, too? I think Mizuki-chan could use a friend.
[ He does, in fact, laying out three cards after doing exactly what he said he would. They are face-down, of course. ]
I don't think so, Lea-san. Some things might or might not be inevitable, but what's important is what we make of it and what we do that counts. Now, let's see what my deck has to say about your past...
[ He flips the first card over. ]
The Five of Coins, in the Reversed position... hmmm. This is a card of misfortune caused by misguided goals. Did you make some poor decisions in your past, Lea-san? Did you wait on making choices, or make poor ones that led you toward something bad? I'm fairly sure that this also means you might have eventually found help, even though it was a rocky, difficult path in the beginning.
[Really, the whole thing is interesting. That's why Lea finds himself leaning closer with Arden mimicking his actions, just so he can get a better look at the cards. The words make his jaw clench a bit, but then he relaxes.]
Yeah... I think I did. On both accounts, I mean. The poor decisions and the getting help. It's all gonna get better, 'tho.
You can do a reading for me, and I can bring you some snacks and stuff as 'payment'.
[Translation: you are in for some sudden parenting.]

[ ... He's going to have to clean up all this evidence of his inhumanity, isn't he sob-- ]
Is there any kind of particular spread you're interested in? I can do particular ones if you want a question answered, or something!

[There's a small protest from his Eevee, but Lea just chuckles and pats him before sitting down.]
So how's this work?
Reply
[ He smiles, here, a little more in his element. ]
Well, it's pretty simple, really. I shuffle the deck, lay out three cards, and each card is read and related to your past, present, and future.

[Running his fingers over Arden's fur a couple more times, Lea thinks and then asks-]
Is the future set in stone? I'm only asking because there's kind of a weird time paradox thing happening with me and... myself.
