So I went to Sakuracon this weekend. The last time I went to a convention was like, 2001, so I was a little out of practice doing this shit. Seriously, back then I remember we went to watch new shows because no one had high speed internet and it was a way to expose yourself to new shows before you PURCHASED THE VHS FANSUB TAPES. yeah. the good old expensive days.
The plus side to attending cons now is I can drink (and I did) as I scouted out all the homestuck cosplayers. The downside is I'm 10 years too old to flirt with said cosplayers. perving on all the children commences... now--
