*sigh*
I know the large majority of you doesn't know me personally, but I think it's perceptible through little hints in my posts, writing, etc, that I'm a generally easy going kind of person.
I'm friendly and upbeat and you'd have to REALLY rub me the wrong way with a cheese grater to make me angry or rude.
So I ask: do I unknowingly pass on an unapproachable bitch-vibe of some sort that would make a a client go MIA instead of talking to me?
If there's something wrong, tell me. We'll work things out.
I'll understand if you tell me something unexpected happened. Heck! I've had orders cancelled halfway and have stored dolls for people for almost a year until they could get back on their feet and pay for them!
The financial loss is a bother, sure, but it's the silence I find to be hurtful.
And since I can't have control on the latter, I'll work on the first.

From now on, if the client's name isn't already part of my files, any custom order will require a 50% payment upfront.
