Found out today that I have to go a mandatory (forced) CPR training...less than exciting about it. I wouldnt mind if was explicitly told to me, but it was "implied"/ not said at all. So I had to ask, and they had to think about whether or not. I should have kept my big mouth shut, but I dont wanna go to an all-day CPR training. Im not touching those litigants, sorry.

Also I was helping this guy who just recently got out of jail and wanted to do some custody, visitation, child support. So I was helping him, and he was kind of slow...and he came back like 2 minutes after I sent him to file, obviously pissed. So I talked to him again and he was confused why he had to go to mediation (mediation is mandatory in Alameda County when you ask for custody/visitation). And so I was explaining this to him and he got confused and he SNAPPED my intake pencil I lovingly made! I was so sad! And a little scared. I was like "Uhhhh, let me get you something" And then I took the broken pencil out of his and hand and was like *gulp* "Let me get that from you..." My poor pencil, with it's little sign that says "DO NOT TAKE" :(
