- What A Night -
Well last night was so a scary experience. We're driving up Richmond street so I can go to the ATM to get money, driving fine. Next thing I knew, Joe yells, "LOOK OUT!" and we brake hard to the right, crashing into a telephone pole.
This fucking black Chevy Silverado was going well over the speed limit, approaching Berkshire, when he suddenly decide to make a left, without a turn signal. So, he stopped dead in his tracks, fucking up anyone behind him: us. So Joe breaks hard, and we go off to the right. He made a split-second reaction and I'm grateful for it. We all get out. Me and Joe go into the street to try and make anything out we can of the car. All we got was black Silverado. God damn that son of a bitch.
So, me and Joe come back to the car and see Amy on the ground. She has a little cut on her knee. We find out later that Amy tore something in her knee. Marge, Joe's Uncle Chet, and his sister's boyfriend Kevin came around to check on us. Amy, Bridget, Kristen and Mandie all got taken to Northeastern Hospital while me and Joe stayed around with the car.
Joe was in a bad shape. I feel really, really bad for him right now for everything he's done to that car. He broke down every 10 minutes. There wasn't really much I could do to help, since I know what it's like to lose something with meaning to it.
The verdict of the car: totaled. I mean the car from different angles looks fine, but when you see the front left side, it's not pretty. The axel was hanging down, and the tired hanging off the axel. I made sure I got everything of value out of the car. So me and Joe took a ride over the NE Hospital and waited for the girls to get checked on.
We were in there from 7PM to 3:30AM. What a night...
