So, these are the Talbots, Dr. Cameron Talbot and his wife, Melissa. But for this picspam, we'll call them Dr. Dominic and Meredith Blake (or, you know, Reed Diamond and Parent Trap Woman)
And this is their brown-haired, brown-eyed son, Zane.
Castle and Beckett are questioning Dr. Dominic and Meredith Blake about their murder victim, who used to work for the condominium-hotel they're living in. I love how RD's working the blue shirt and that tie. And I kinda like that he's turning into a silver fox! HEEEE.
Then Dr. Dominic gets called in for work. They didn't really say what kind of doctor he is, right? (Oh, and I love love love that they showed him putting his coat and buttoning it up. Hmmmm... sexxayyy)

Well, it turns out that there's a witness saying that Dr. Dominic's the last one who talked to the victim. I think the witness had a crush on Dr. Dominic. I want that sketch. Where can I get the sketch?
Basically, Dr. Dominic says that he had an affair with murder victim and that murder victim didn't want to break it off. It was a relief, he says, that the condominium-hotel removed her from her job because murder victim was getting too comfortable with his brown-haired, brown-eyed son Zane, as if she's slowly preparing to be Zane's mom.
Zane and Meredith Blake arrives to have lunch with Dr. Dominic. Zane's cute.
And I also found out that the kid actor who played Zane had Abigail Spencer as his TV Mom in a TV movie. Abigail Spencer was Reed Diamond's TV wife in an episode of CSI. lawlz
Anywhoo, Castle and Beckett investigate more and they figure it out.
They bring in Dr. Dominic and Meredith Page and they say that murder victim gave birth in the same hospital that Meredith Page gave birth in. Murder victim's son died. I like RD's jacket here. When he goes back to Dollhouse can they make him wear a jacket like that, instead of a coat?
Turns out that Zane being brown-haired and brown-eyed is a plot point. Dr. Dominic's been made. (he's an obstetrician, btw)
He explains that their son had a disease that is fatal when the child turns three (I didn't catch the name, sorry. I'm more attentive with diseases when I watch medical shows). Their son had it. Meredith Page says that Zane is alright. Well, of course, he's all right. He's not your son!
He switched their baby and Zane because he didn't want to tell her. And murder victim searched far and wide because she was distraught about her son's death and found Zane and had her DNA tested against the boy. Dr. Dominic didn't want her to take Zane away from them. Thus, he killed her and hid her body in the sewer.
Hugs, Dr. Dominic. I feel bad for you, even if what you did was very (very) horrible.
And go back to the Dollhouse already.

Professor Chauncy from 2x03 of Dollhouse is the medical examiner. And apparently, this is the second time he appeared in Castle as the medical examiner. Which is probably the reason why he looked so familiar when I saw him in Dollhouse. lol.
