[Currently, there is a young boy sitting on the edge of the fountain. He's soaking wet because he ended up getting dunked in it when he arrived in the City. It's pretty apparent that he's really irritated, and that he's definitely not happy. He doesn't seem to realize that he's being recorded just yet.]
