I see the wolves were smart enough to leave it to chance.

By the way, it often helps to keep a list of teams in this post, so you can edit it as teams come up in clues and get ousted or eating. It just helps to keep track.

Good boy.

It doesn't really matter who you vote for in this round, but it pays to pay attention to who is voting for who and why. We may have two sheep up, in which case it doesn't matter, but if one of these is a wolf then the other wolves may try to come up with reasons not to vote for them. At this point there are no reasons.

I'll keep an ear out.

Of course, with a game full of new players like this it's difficult to tell whether someone's trying to defend a wolf or they genuinely think that voting for a non-existant reason is any different to voting randomly.

Non-existant reaons and random reasons and silly reasons... that guy who voted with the sparkles got LEAPT on.

Because he's claiming that voting for a reason that doesn't exist is better than voting arbitrarily, when in fact it's exactly the same thing.

Don't forget to vote! The shepherds are usually... unimpressed at people who don't vote in ousting polls.

Yeah... I think I'm going to flip a coin on this. I don't want to NOT vote, but...

Flipping a coin's as good as any reason. What's important is that you do it at all. The shepherds are likely to be nice in this game but sometimes there can be quite severe penalties.

Mm, even if they're nice, it's a good habit for later games... if I play again. I voted for the first team, and then someone else tied it.

So I see! In an ousting poll you can see exactly who voted for who in what order. It's quite useful later when you have more idea of the identities of the people up for ousting.

...I'll save that in the list then, for later.

Good thinking.

Any thoughts on who else we should be talking to in private?
