There are many types of darker genre people in the goth scene. Goth is more of a hub, you'll find diversity there.

Very true. I wouldn't view a 'MetalBoth Hybrid' to be any less dark than perhaps a more normal 'goth'(?), however. Metal incites nothing of a darker personality, just another misconception perhaps. Or perhaps another valid stereotype I am excluded from. Either way, it was all out of jest. Adding touches to a foregin culture just doesn't tickle my fancy right now. But the scene does sound intriguing.
