Bath day for the piggies today...
Missy gets a little trim first...
Poor pitiful little me!
Will the indignities never cease?
The blow dryer is *so* not their favorite thing in the world.
And a formal portrait to finish up.
Rose is the next piggie to be bathed... she's no more thrilled about it than Missy was.
Then Rose attempts to convince us that all this really isn't necessary.
Look at me, I can wash myself...
(Click large to see her grooming - impossibly cute in real life.)
and dry myself too!
(No photographic trickery, just a lucky shot.)
We're done now, right?
Bathing Sarah turned out to be more of an endeavor... Not only did she not quite fit in the sink, but also at several points Brenda had to hold her to scrub her, turning bath time into a wet t-shirt contest.
Maybe I can go hide under the cabinet... away from the loud black thing and the black clicky thing.
(No, she can't. This is the upstairs guest bathroom, and there's a kick plate under the cabinet.)
Well, that didn't work. Maybe I can hide here.
I'm watching you... and when your attention wavers, I'm outta here. Unless you have veggies?
Yes, we did have veggies - once all the girls were back in their cage, we fed them the tips of the carrots we bought for dinner tonight. We were thus forgiven.
At least until the carrots ran out.
