A new challenger has entered the arena
My last post I talked about picking out a new car, well I might be looking at a 2008 Lincoln MKZ. I used the A plan site to price one out, and I guess due to the residuals on the MKZ I may be able to get one for the same price as a Fusion SEL.
Not only would I get all the sweet Lincoln stuff, like heated and cooled seats, standard backup sensors, and all that, but I can add their THX sound system (14 friggin speakers, two subwoofers), the better lights and remote start, and get it for $229 a month on a 24 month lease, 15,000 miles a year.
If I can get it for that much, it would be damn hard to pass up. Better safety features, traction control, and the badass 3.5L engine. I was reading some reviews from owners and they say they are getting up to 25MPG city and 31 highway, which is what I get in the Caliber with its weak ass 2.4L 4Cyl.
But as I said its just an estimation and I would have to go to a Lincoln dealer and see what they charge, but so far most of the estimations have been about right on for other cars, so heres hoping.
