It was rather good, and was even better than I thought I did. I received a fresh salmon from the River Spey, and after getting it ready. I rubbed the salmon fillets in black pepper than cooked it for about half-an-hour. Then with some pasta it was really nice. Pitty I did not have any wine at all to drink with it.
What a difference a fresh river salmon compared to a farm salmon.
Dam thats healthy food, oh no I am so doomed...
