I studied EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING related to ICT. LOL! ...such as software engineering, corporate networking, internet technology, human technology, design, business IT etc. etc.

Would very much prefer a not too technical job such as SE, SA, consultant, analyst, DBA, QA, SAP/ERP/CRM.

Are you still looking for a job? Malaysia or Singapore? For consultant and analyst jobs, you need to work from being a programmer first, most of the time.

DBA, SE or SA easier to get into, but I got certified to give myself an edge.

SAP/ERP/CRM is more difficult to get into, because most people won't hire without experience.

Hi! Thanks for dropping by...my journal is more or less dead.

Hey...thanks for your advice. I prefer consultation job and i've been lucky enough to be offered a job as an SAP Consultant. I've been working for a few months already and it's really great. But I'm not in the functional area of SAP...I'm on the SAP architure/system engineering. I hate programming...i've been doing that like 24/7 during my college days so i stick myself out of this job. Thank God i dont have to do any hardcore programming now, just a little scripting. I was hired in SAP because i have some experience in workflow systems and more or less some SAP infrastructure knowledge. Is the SAP market in Singapore good? Actually, you should join the company that is using SAP, then you will have chance to work in this industry, the pay is really good my friend... :) And since you're DBA certified (Oracle?), it's easier!

Wow, you need to take the damn expensive courses before enrolling to examinations to get the Certified DBA qualification, very big investment.

Has your ex-company sponsored that for you?
