Oh My GOD!! Sammi Cheng's finally here for her world tour!! I've never missed her concert. Was so excited when they announced she'll be in Genting for her concert after Hong Kong's league. Thank God my friend informed me today that ticket sales have already begun. Pop into genting.com to purchase the tickets and was terrible shocked when her tickets were sold out!!! I have no choice but to purchase the concert package which include accomodation and 2 concert tickets worth RM150 each, then bought another 2 more RM290 tickets.

Under Warner Records, Sammi began to experience improving album sales and in 1996, her debut Mandarin 'Worth It', took Taiwan by storm. The album logged 600,000 sales in Taiwan and more than 40,000 in Singapore .Since then, her Cantonese song, 'Can't Let Go Of You' and other songs propelled her to an even higher level of success.
Apart from singing, Sammi has also exhibited her talents in acting a variety of roles. In 2001, she was nominated Best Actress during the Hong Kong Film Awards for her role in the film 'Needing You'. The versatile artiste has also created an image of being a fashion icon. Her symbolic 1996 Nike eyebrow, 1997 Red Blush, 1997 Starry Make-up, 1999 Hippie Look, 2000 Fury Make-up and Punk Look had been the hot talk of the town.
