i think the first might be the Orc from Hero quest!!! Have you played that before?

I have. That figure is a standalone Gargoyle miniature (Ral Partha?), but i have a bunch of Heroquest orcs actually since i have 2 copies of the game. Warhammer Quest (games workshop's answer to dungeonhack boardgame) is even awesomer. I'm such a dork.
