i am not so good at this adult thing
Just placed an order for a converter box with upscaler.
I am too impatient to mess with returning and trying with an alternative method via local computer store.
I mean, I'll still be returning one of the cables I bought, because I have absolutely no use for it. But the audio one is snazzy and very very useful to me. Especially since the box I ordered doesn't have any audio jacks.
I'm excited for it. Majorly excited for it.
Also got Minish Cap. It had free shipping...
Basically, I just hemorrhaged money at amazon. And I still haven't bought myself a helmet yet. Or payed my bills. Or paid Chris back his money.
Chris keeps saying that I don't have to pay him back, but that kind of annoys me and makes me feel bad.
But it's cool. I got a large refund. I've been getting lots of hours recently. And I really haven't been spending money, either. Otherwise, I would have a helmet by now. Been picking up hours left and right, too.
The game is what makes that purchase so...extravagant, really. As the converter box is only about $30, and the cables I bought about $20. Even if the box doesn't work, the cables will still be useful to me.
So, important stuff I still need to pay: school loans bills, chris (before I move), cat fixing, cat immunizations, credit card...maybe some fees involved with moving?
Oh, well, there goes my refund. At least I got an awesome monitor, some awesome hardware, and some important stuff taken care of.
I wonder if I can convince Chris to let me borrow his spare lcd tv for a day or two. I need to have one in a convenient location if I'm going to mess with my wii and monitor.
Also, need to go wall climbing with Grey before I get the heck out of dodge.
Maybe I can convince the Mom-inator to head over to the new apartment without me, and I come like...a week or two later??? Or maybe I should just budget my time better.
Still need to find a home for little cat. She is very pretty, so hopefully that will help. And sweet.
I should take pictures of her. I always figured I would be able to draw/paint her or whatever whenever I liked. But, I guess not.
