Sometimes I think too much...
I've been thinking about D&D for half the night. I've been reading Time magazine and thinking about the Iraq war and other political nonsense for the other half. Dealing with traffic and sundry vehicular morons has cast a rather cynical bent on my thoughts. I found myself thinking about the land of Faerun in the Forgotten Realms D&D setting, and worrying about what would happen if the pseudo-arab-like Bedine people from the Anauroch desert got the wish spell and tried to use it on Waterdeep, which would more or less be the equivilent of al-Qaeda getting the A-bomb and using it on NYC.
