Well Christmas is over! Yay! It really didn't feel like Christmas with the lack of snow but i enjoyed in thoroughly. I had a great xmas at the group home but i think everything that happens at the group home is great because it's where i want to be and what i want to do. I guess it was even more exciting too see how happy the residents get when getting their gifts. Granted some of them have found themselves in big trouble in the past that should not take away their right to be happy and loved. Christmas is just the time for us to remind some of them of that, especially the ones that do not have any family around them to love them and help them.
I personally had a great Christmas. The family went easy on Christmas presents this year due to the large amount of money that we will be spending next year with the wedding and the baby, and the new pool. Although it's not the largest of pools it has been considered all of the kids (being us) christmas presents, Alison also got new tires and a bunch of other things that i can't even remember. I got her a mp3 player, a build a bear winnie the pooh that has me saying i love you and a watch charm for her bracelet and lots of socks and a book that i will probably read to her and the baby. Hmm what did i get not much as my list was full of expensive things and i just wanted one. But i loved my presents! I got a new lap top that's wicked cool and has it's own converter, i got my favorite cologne thank god i was almost out, hmm i got a little jipped on the socks compared to Alison lol but wateve. I got a wickedly spacious usb drive for school which helped transfer info from my one laptop to the other. Now Alison and i alone own four computers. what the hell am i gonna do with four computers. I guess all my kids will have their own like i have always wanted.
Well this years is fast approaching, in 14 minutes to be exact and i am a little nervous as i have a huge year next year. Although i am very excited for my graduation it's not so exciting knowing that i will be going to university in september. It was more exciting when i thought all my schooling was done but how could i back out of possibly going to school for two more years and having a diploma and degree that's exciting. i just want to put them on the wall lol. Well this new years wasn't so exciting. Alison and i have spent the last two days in bed doing just about nothing just trying to get some rest. In just a little bit sleep will only be a figment of our imagination and add school to that im sure i will be a little tired so we figure we should rest up now. That and Alison might have kidney stones which is observably incredibly painful and i as well as the doctors can't do anything until the baby is born which is unfortunate and very frustrating. There's nothing i can do and i can barely hug and cuddle her without hurting her. It's time for Saige to get out of mommy's tummy so someone could help her out and so i can have my baby muffinpants back.
The OB said that if he were to be blindfolded and asked to examine Alison he would say that she is 30 to 40 weeks pregnant although she's only 34 weeks on Wednesday so we are pretty sure she is coming soon it's just a matter of being patient. I am hoping that she comes out before i go back to school but whatever i will leave where ever i am!!!
Happy New Years Everyone!!!
