If you're looking for some more quality Dylan Moran, check out a British sitcom called Black Books. Bailey stars as an irascible, drunk bookstore owner, but it's Bill Bailey who really shines in this one. You mightn't know him, but he's a brilliant musician/comedian in his solo work, and he's a large part of what makes Black Books so damn good.
I tried looking for Black Books at Blockbuster-- but they're not sophisticated enough to have anything beyond HBO crap in their sitcom section. :) I'll keep it in mind for when I revive my Netflix account. I think I might have a teency weency crush on Dylan Moran.
